Interdisciplinary Programme on Palliative and End-of-Life Care 2025 (IPPE+).A level-up programme for participants from clinical practice: IPPE+. The programme on the professional level will focus on how to develop services in the field of palliative and end-of-life care. The advanced level is supervised by experienced international tutors which have been pioneers in palliative care and with counselling of experienced practitioners.
The Intensive Program in Palliative Care (IPPE+) in Ghent was a valuable professional development opportunity that provided in-depth knowledge and practical skills in the field of palliative care and end-of-life patient care. The program covered the most relevant theoretical and practical aspects and facilitated experience exchange with international specialists.
The program included intensive sessions of lectures, seminars, and practical workshops, covering topics such as:

Ethical and legal aspects of palliative care (including euthanasia)
