Project "Improving the qualifications of medical and medical support staff" No. 9.2.6.0/17/I/001.The aim of the project is to ensure the improvement of the qualifications of the personnel involved in the treatment process - medical personnel, medical support staff, pharmaceutical care specialists and social work specialists in the priority health areas - cardiovascular, oncology, children from the perinatal and neonatal period and in the field of mental health.

Within the framework of the project, specialist trainings are planned for the improvement of general and professional knowledge and skills, for obtaining additional specialties, as well as experience exchange events both in Latvia and outside of Latvia.

Within the framework of the project, it is planned to implement training in accordance with the developed Human Resources training plan, in which the target audience of the training topic, training venues, and the number of participants are determined. The Human Resources Training Plan is coordinated by the Human Resources Training Consultative Working Group.
