ENABLE Training School: Digital technologies for medication adherence support

Description

The Training School on Digital technologies for medication adherence support - enabling successful development, validation and use in healthcare systems is organized by the COST Action CA19132 European Network to Advance Best practices & technoLogy on medication adherencE (ENABLE).

By this Training School, we aim to initiate participants from different backgrounds and European countries in the interdisciplinary domain of the development, validation and use of medication adherence technologies (MATechs) in healthcare systems.

The specific OBJECTIVES are:
To introduce the ENABLE repository (e.g., development, descriptors, examples of MATechs)
To learn research methodology to develop, implement and evaluate MATechs in clinical practice
To learn behavioural science tools as well as Health IT research and standards for effective MATechs
To explore the patients’ perspectives and (e)Health literacy as a basis to develop inclusive MATechs
To learn economic and regulatory aspects of MATechs
To work on real MATech examples and data generated by them
