I was invited to participated in a closed expert focus group discussion organised by the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to help develop the Concept of Regional Identity in Central Asia. The Concept will adopted by the heads of Central Asian states at the Central Asian Summit to reinforce regional cooperation and unity.
