Description
Background-Telework has become increasingly prevalent, reshaping working conditions and altering traditional work arrangements.
-The shift to remote work has further blurred boundaries between professional and personal life.
-Flexible work arrangements are often linked to improved work–life balance (WLB), yet evidence shows that these effects may vary across different groups of workers.
-Job-related factors such as workload, autonomy, organisational support, and communication demands may influence WLB differently for teleworkers and on-site workers.
-Limited research directly compares these two groups, highlighting the need to examine their experiences separately.
