Hroniskas nieru aizstājterapijas efektivitātes uzlabošana Latvijā: kvalitātes un izmaksu modelis kā ārstēšanas un finansiālās ietekmes rīks, izmantojot Latvijas Nieru slimnieku reģistru

Mērķis: Ieviest jaunu ārstēšanas kvalitātes un izmaksu efektivitātes modeli pacientiem ar nieru aizstājējterapiju (NAT), izmantojot Latvijas Nieru slimnieku reģistru (NSR), ārstēšanas kvalitātes uzlabošanai un izmaksu optimizēšanai vērtībās balstītas veselības aprūpes kontekstā.

Galvenie uzdevumi:
Izveidot valstī standartizētas klīnisko un izmaksu datu kopas.
Izvērtēt NAT pacientu ārstēšanas kvalitāti un izmaksas pamatojoties uz datu kopu analīzi.
Definēt datu kopas monitorējamos indikatorus.
Izveidot efektīvas ārstēšanas rekomendācijas kvalitātes uzlabošanai.

Sasniedzamie rezultāti:
Izveidota un aprobēta NSR nepieciešamo datu struktūra un definēti ārstēšanas kvalitātes kritēriji.
Izveidota inovatīva, uz rezultātu vērsta NAT pacientu ārstēšanas pieeja.

Objective: To implement a new treatment quality and cost-effectiveness model for patients with renal replacement therapy (RT) using the Latvian Kidney Patient Registry (LR) to improve treatment quality and optimize costs in the context of value-based healthcare.

Main tasks:
To create standardized clinical and cost data sets in the country.
To assess the quality and costs of treatment of RT patients based on the analysis of data sets.
To define the indicators to be monitored in the data set.
To create effective treatment recommendations for quality improvement.

To achieve results:
The structure of the necessary data for the RT has been created and approved and treatment quality criteria have been defined.
An innovative, result-oriented treatment approach for RT patients has been created.
