Description

Developing and sustaining an effective scientific workforce is essential regionally and globally. An interdisciplinary social science community can inform this development through studies of research experiences, research infrastructure and resources, career advancement, mobility, collaborative and other professional activities, and research evaluation. This workshop aims to bring together and create synergies among researchers and stakeholders who share these interests in the Baltic region and/or from a comparative perspective.

The workshop is hosted by the Social Sciences Research Centre (Rīga Stradiņš University) and the Center for Organization Research and Design (Arizona State University).
