Description

The primary aim of this course is to introduce doctoral students with theoretical and methodological approaches, as used in contemporary entrepreneurship, business management and economics research, in order to strengthen knowledge and skills needed to write doctoral dissertation. This will be achieved by organizing lectures by distinguished scholars from some of the leading universities and business schools in Europe, U.S., Canada and other regions of the world. The course will be coordinated by Prof. Arnis Sauka
Number of Lecture Hours: 33 academic hours (5 lectures, 3 academic hours each in 1 Semester; 6 lectures, 3 academic hours each in 2 semester).
Number of Seminar and Practical Assignment Hours: 31 academic hours (Home assignments: 10 reports during the course. Each report is expected, on average, to require 3.1 academic hours work from each PhD student).
