Description
Explore the evidence-based management of dental caries using Silver Diamine Fluoride. This lecture integrated extensive clinical experience with results from recent research projects (FLPP IEVA, NoCaries, EpiDENT); address the high demand for paediatric dentistry in Latvia, marked by high caries prevalence and a concerning 20-year increase in general anesthesia utilization. We discussed the necessity of de-implementing ineffective methods to make way for proven, minimally invasive techniques, highlighting research that shows strong parental acceptance of these approaches in Latvia.| Period | 18 Nov 2025 |
