Establishing National Knowledge Committees: Enhancing Mental Health Strategies in the H.A.R.M.O.N.Y. Project
The H.A.R.M.O.N.Y. project will be carried out and implemented at two levels:

1. At European level, the partners will exchange knowledge, transfer good practices, and create a coherent and impactful mental health curriculum, training programme and digital platform to upskill SME employees. An AI framework to lay the groundwork for an advanced AI-based personalized self-assessment tool will also be developed.

2. At local and national level, the partners will adapt, validate, and test the curriculum, and training programme, in accordance with their own target groups and local context.

At local and national level, Knowledge Committees will be established in each partner country in the beginning of the project The committee's main aim is to bring expertise and professional experience within the represented sector to the evaluation of project outputs and consultation on H.A.R.M.O.N.Y. project implementation and procedures. The established committees will ensure that the project is grounded in the realities of mental health in the workplace in each partner country and that the solutions developed are effective, relevant, and culturally appropriate.
