Description
Perceived job accomplishment (PJA) as an individual’s subjective evaluation of being successful, effective, and making meaningful contributions in their jobs both a personal driver of well-being and a foundation for inclusive, resilient workplaces. However, structural barriers such as education level may limit equal access to this experience. This study explores how inclusive work practices can foster perceived job accomplishment, particularly among employees with lower education levels.
