    Research and knowledge exchange with professor Jorge Mario Marchetti, professor at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Norwegian University of Life Sciences and leader of the NMBU strategic research infrastructure "Waste Valorization for a Sustainable Tomorrow". Exchange was completed in the position of a visiting researcher within the project “Decision Support Tool for an Integrated Food Waste Valorisation System (DeSTInation)” (No. 1.1.1.2/VIAA/3/19/528) financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
