Consumers in Latvia lack information and understanding not only about the true harmfulness of indoor paints, but also about sustainability issues. Therefore, a study is needed to find out how paint manufacturers can better promote sustainable indoor paint products in the Latvian market and how communication needs to be developed so that consumers are sufficiently informed about it. Aim of the research: by analyzing the specifics of sustainable product promotion, to develop recommendations for paint manufacturers in Latvia to promote a sustainable product in the indoor paint segment.
