Magic Carpets residency by theatre director Reinis Boters in Ķengarags.
For the third year, the Latvian New Theatre Institute in Riga, Ķengarags neighbourhood, has implemented artists' residencies, offering resources and support, but inviting artists to explore topics and issues of their own interest in close collaboration with local residents or neighbourhood organisations, interest groups, etc.
