Description
Seminar objective:To provide employers, occupational health and safety and personnel management specialists with knowledge about work-life balance and sick leave. The seminar will examine psychosocial risk factors in the work environment that contribute to sick leave, as well as their relationship with work-life balance, stimulating a discussion on timely risk identification and finding solutions to create a sustainable and resilient work environment.
Target audience:
Occupational health and safety specialists, senior/competent occupational health and safety specialists, employers, trade union members, personnel management specialists, etc. interested parties.
Topics included in the program:
Work-life balance – theory and definition;
Sick leave – definition, costs, influencing factors and sick leave in the context of remote work.
Key trends and research related to psychosocial risks, work-life balance and sick leave;
Individual and organizational consequences of work-life balance and sick leave.
