A visit to the School of Dentistry at the University of São Paulo provided valuable opportunities for advancing research and academic development in paediatric dentistry and minimally invasive care. During the visit, clinical and research activities were observed across multiple levels of training, offering insights into how evidence-based methods are integrated into daily practice in a high-performing academic environment. Participation in research discussions and protocol presentations strengthened methodological skills and supported ongoing collaborative projects. Engaging with interdisciplinary teams offered a broader perspective on patient management and research organisation. The visit also contributed to the development of international partnerships, opened new avenues for student and staff mobility, and provided inspiration for enhancing research capacity and modernising educational approaches at RSU.
