Research and knowledge exchange with Mohammad Taherzadeh, professor in Bioprocess Technology and Chairman of Swedish Centre for Resource Recovery at the University of Borås. Attendance of the training school "Resource Recovery and Biotechnology". Exchange was completed in the position of a visiting researcher within the project “Decision Support Tool for an Integrated Food Waste Valorisation System (DeSTInation)” (No. 1.1.1.2/VIAA/3/19/528) financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
