A Dataset Integrating Cognitive, Neurological, Eye-Tracking, and MRI Measures for Assessment of Parkinson’s and Huntington’s Disease

Dataset

Description

A data set consists of cognitive and perceptual measurements, as well as brain volumetric and tractography measures from MRI scans. Data aimed to allow early identification of neurodegenerative diseases (Parkinson’s disease (PD), Huntington’s disease (HD)) based on comparisons of various experimental cognitive and perceptual measurements (mental rotation test, perspective taking test, categorization test, object recognition test, eye-tracking measures of midlevel processes (grouping, segmenting, accentuating)) to participant’s' clinical status (PD (n=25), HD ((n=14) or Control (n=36, matched with clinical groups)) and magnetic resonance (MR) findings.
