Accelerometer Dataset from Office Workers Collected on Weekdays

The dataset was collected using Axivity AX6 accelerometers (Axivity Ltd., UK). Each participant (n = 69) wore a single device positioned on the upper back in the paravertebral region at the C7–T1 level to record continuous triaxial acceleration signals related to posture and physical activity.
The main dataset includes processed accelerometer data exported in .csv format.
To support behavioural validation, participants completed daily self-reported activity diaries. These diaries are provided in .xlsx format and are additionally available as a compressed .zip archive.
For sensor calibration and activity classification, a separate calibration group (n = 30) performed a standardised experimental movement protocol. Calibration files include raw device recordings (.cwa), processed data (.csv), and annotated protocol files (.xlsx) for each participant.
