Description
This dataset offers a tasting of recent policy blueprints that encourage the attraction of foreign skilled workforce to Latvia and thus contributes from a political-economic angle to the RSU research project “(Re)moving Ties: Managing mobility and human relations in digitally saturated social worlds” (IP: Ieva Puzo) and, more specifically, to its focus on the role work-mobility policies play in attracting highly skilled workforce. The dataset includes documents from government agencies, business initiatives, and specialised media (see bibliographical file) that are publicly available on their websites. Finally, research was conducted between March and November 2024 and the data collected unevenly ranges from 2014 to 2024.
