Description
The BALANCE4LV research project explores the underexamined aspects of work-life balance in Latvia within the context of workplace development and challenges such as digitalization. The survey tool developed as part of the project is based on validated data collection instruments and aims to assess and monitor working conditions, work environment risks, and employee well-being—including mental health factors such as digitalization-induced stress. Additionally, it evaluates personal resources and organizational impact indicators, such as absenteeism and employee turnover intentions, etc.
