Clinical data for primary immunodeficiency patients

Data were collected in the grant lzp-2020/1-0269 and contains phenotype description according to Human Phenotype Onthology terminology, for the patients is performed immunological analysis published in https://doi.org/10.3390/vaccines11020354 and doi: 10.3390/v15051146. and for some are performed genome and transcriptome sequencing.
