Development of a New Computer-Assisted Assessment Tool for Measuring and Monitoring Mental Health Outcomes of Adolescents in the Context of the Post-COVID Pandemic

The main objective of data collection and generation is to provide an empirical and methodological basis for the development of a new, computerized system (CAAT) for assessing and monitoring mental health indicators among adolescents (aged 13 to 19). It will also enable the validation and standardization of this system in Latvia. Data collection is directly linked to the State research project’s "Development of a new computer-assisted assessment method for measuring and monitoring mental health outcomes of adolescents in the context of the post-COVID pandemic" main objectives, as the data obtained will make it possible to identify and analyze mental health risks and outcomes among adolescents in the specific context of the post-COVID-19 pandemic. Also it will enable to validate and standardize the newly developed personality and mental state assessment tools in clinical practice to provide evidence-based recommendations for updating healthcare guidelines and algorithms.
