Dynamics of anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies formation in COVID-19 patients

Purpose: detection of SARS-CoV-2 specific antibodies in COVID-19 patients in Latvia. Data include information about 198 COVID-19 patients age, gender, hospitalization status, date of sample collection and presence of anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in blood plasma. For 95 out of 198 COVID-19 patients, plasma sample was collected in dynamics (two timepoints N=42; three timepoints N=46; four timepoints N=7). Presence of anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgA, IgG (NCP) and IgG (S1) was determined using semiquantitative ELISA kits from EUROIMMUN, Germany. Quantitative detection of anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgM and IgG class antibodies was done using commercial ELISA kits from FineTest, China.
