Fecal microbiota and liver-related markers in patients with HIV, HCV, and HIV/HCV

Data files include data of the following variables: demographics, clinical groups, weight, height, body mass index (BMI), leucocyte count (Leu), erythrocyte count (Ery), hemoglobin (Hb), platelet count (PTL), HIV RNA load (HIV RNA), absolute CD4+ T lymphocyte count (CD4), absolute CD8+ T lymphocyte count (CD8), CD4/CD8 index, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lipopolysaccharide binding protein (LBP), cytokeratin 18 M30 fragment (CK18-M30), liver fibrosis index (FIB-4), observed richness, Shannon index, Inverse Simpson index, and data of amplicon sequence variants (ASV) and ASV counts. Files include data of 81 patients with HIV, HCV, and HIV/HCV coinfection, as well as data of microbiota analysis (ASV taxonomy, analysis of ASV counts).
