HLA Class II alleles, tissue damage and antibody response in COVID-19

Dataset

Description

Data include following variables: Demographics, comorbidities, classification of COVID-19 severity accordantly the World Health Organization definition, duration of hospitalization, day of hospitalization. Blood cells: white cells count (WBC), erythrocytes (RBC), neutrophils (Neu), lymphocytes (Ly), platelet count (PLT), CD4+ T lymphocytes, CD8+ T lymphocytes. Inflammatory indicators: erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP), ferritin, interleukin-6 (IL-6). Tissue damage indicators: alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT). Renal function indicator: creatinine. Coagulation tests: D-dimer, prothrombin index at admission to the hospital. Fibrosis and apoptosis markers: Hyaluronic acid (HA), Cytokeratin 18 (CK18), and Caspase-cleaved cytokeratin 18 (CK18-M30) in serum at admission to the hospital. The minimal oxygen saturation (SpO2) during hospitalization. HLA Class II alleles in three loci: HLA-DRB1, -DQA1, -DQB1. Anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgM and IgG antibodies, day of antibodies tests.
