This dataset consists of pseudonymised transcripts of interviews with delegates from the largest municipalities in Latvia. The interviews explore local challenges and solutions related to attracting and retaining family doctors in municipal healthcare systems. The municipalities were recruited from the list of the largest municipalities in Latvia. The letters assigned to the dataset entries are random and do not correspond to the actual names of the municipalities.
