Description
This dataset consists of transcripts of five expert interviews conducted with representatives from institutions involved in family medicine policy, organization, and practice in Latvia. The interviews explore the current challenges and potential solutions related to the recruitment and retention of general practitioners (GPs), with special focus on evaluation of workforce accessibility, planning, institutional responsibilities, and structural barriers.
