Markers of liver fibrogenesis in patients with COVID-19

Dataset

Description

Description: Data files include the following variables: demographics, presence of pneumonia and respiratory failure, comorbidities, and clinical tests at admission to the hospital. Clinical tests include serum hyaluronic acid (HA), blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), white cells count (WBC), erythrocytes (RBC), platelet count (PLT), absolute CD4+ T lymphocyte count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), ferritin, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatinine, and liver fibrosis index (FIB-4). Fail 1 includes data of 66 acute COVID-19 patients. Fail 2 includes data of the acute COVID-19 group, post-COVID group, and control group, matched by demographics. Data of post-COVID and control group also include two variables detected by ultrasound elastography – liver stiffness (SWE) and viscosity (SWD).
