Description
This dataset contains pseudonymised interview transcripts with 3rd–6th year medical students about their career choices and perceptions of Family Medicine in Latvia. The interviews explore students’ motivations, experiences during medical studies, attitudes toward general practice, perceived prestige of medical specialties, and views on working in Riga or regional areas, as well as support mechanisms for attracting future family physicians.
