Description
The intention of this project stream was to analyze the policies of Employers of Informants (Institutions), which concern mobile employees, allowing other project streams see if there are differences or similarities in what the Institutions claim as their practices and the experiences shared by the Informants in the interviews. A list of Institutions was created, including but not being limited to the employers of the informants. Additional Institutions were added by each researcher to ensure the confidentiality of their informants. This dataset includes publicly available information from the institutional websites covering staff internalization ambition, offered support, and job announcements. The research was conducted between January and July 2024. The research covered 40 institutions: The information in this dataset is limited by studying the websites of the Institutions. No additional research was conducted either on the internet or through interaction with the Institutions.
