Description
The dataset was generated for the project Metabolome as a Predictive Biomarker of Outcome of Induction of Labour, funded by the Latvian Council of Science, No. lzp-2021/1-0300. The study included 150 nulliparous women with a term singleton pregnancy and a fetus in cephalic presentation, prior to the induction of labor (IOL). The study aims to identify prognostic factors before IOL.
In addition to its primary purpose, the dataset can also be used for future research to compare whether various clinical or biochemical factors differ between different induction methods, between nulliparous and multiparous women, as well as in cases of spontaneous onset of labor
