Description

The aim is to evaluate the impact of an innovative integrated recreational physical activity intervention method on the cognitive abilities, sleep quality and self-efficacy of sport educators. The following survey data set were selected, using adopted versions: General Self-Efficacy scale (GSES), Perceived stress scale (PSS), The World Health Organization quality of life assessment (WHOQOL-BREF), International Physical Activity Questionnaire - Short Form (IPAQ-SF) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and tests from the Vienna test system. The dataset consists of separate CSV files (workbooks). To access the EEG data which is stored separately, please use point of contact mentioned.
