Description
The Mental Toughness in Sports Questionnaire is an instrument designed to assess the mental toughness of athletes.
The survey consists of 14 statements and includes three subscales: Confidence; Constancy; Control.

• Self-confidence scale, Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.747
• Constancy scale, Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.713
• Self-control scale, Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.805
Sample characteristics:
The adaptation process took place from 2018 to 2020, the sample of respondents consisted of 240 respondents (active athletes) from various sports. The average age of the respondents was 20±1.75.
