Project Details
Description
The project focuses on understanding changes in tissue-specific microbiome and wound healing capabilities by the use of K21. Single-cell RNAseq methodology will be used in human cells (tissues and PBMC-derived immune cells) to understand effects of K21 on cellular pathways at the single-celll level.
