    This research project is devoted to a comprehensive study of the mechanisms and tools for managing higher education institutions that ensure their resistance to challenging environments. Considering the strategic priority of improving the quality and increasing the importance of higher education, within the framework of the scientific project, certain topical issues of ensuring the sustainability and continuous functioning of the higher education sector in emergency situations will be resolved. The substantiation of the effectiveness of modernization of management methods, development, and implementation of a set of operational measures will become an integral part of this study.
    At the end of the project, scientific papers will be published, scientific video training lectures will be prepared, an internal system for ensuring the sustainability of higher education institutions will be created to promote the continuity of educational and scientific processes, including the fight against potential foreign interference and verification of foreign partners, and an E-handbook with recommendations for university management in crisis situations will be published.
