Project Details

Description

RSU-RTU Grants
Rīga Stradiņš University and Riga Technical University carried out a scientific cooperation project during the period from February 2016 to February 2019 aimed at establishing inter-university research teams, conducting interdisciplinary and competitive studies. The project team worked on assessing vibration, contact pressure and range of audible sounds, usability of ultrasound for the purpose of creating pseudobionic feedback of robotic artificial extremities and diagnostics of prosthetic implants, and establishing experimentally and statistically the configuration of pseudobionic feedback suitable for different groups of users of artificial extremities.
