Development of innovative medicated food for malnutrition/dysphagia sufferers, creating a new, nationally important high value added product

Project Details

Description

The project will carry out an industrial study creating science-based product recipes for malnutrition and dysphagia patients and technological solutions for their production. These will be scheduled studies and significant research work to acquire new knowledge and skills for the development of new products and processes. The project also provides for experimental development using the knowledge and knowledge acquired in scientific studies on foods for particular nutritional usage in patients with malnutrition and dysphagia. The product technologies developed at this stage will be tested for the application of real production opportunities in the company. Experimental batches of developed products will be produced for further quality control and durability of these products, as well as for further tests in vivo.
