Project Details

Description

To maintain European research excellence and competitiveness, it is essential to encourage, support, and assist researchers and students in their efforts. In this context, the EU-funded ECROS project will transform professional development for early-career researchers across Europe by creating a cohesive talent ecosystem with tools and resources designed to empower researchers throughout their transition into academic and industrial careers. The project also aims to equip these researchers with new skills, enhanced collaboration frameworks, support systems, and structured career guidance.
