The program was developed within the framework of the European Social Fund project No. 9.1.3.0/16/I/001, "Improving the Efficiency of the Resocialization System," with the aim of enhancing awareness among individuals serving prison sentences about the aging process and its associated psychological and physiological changes. It aims to provide opportunities for experiencing fulfillment through non-criminal leisure activities, support the development of alternative (healthy lifestyle) behavioral models, and promote socially desirable attitudes, values, and beliefs. Special emphasis is placed on ensuring the program's suitability to the target audience.
