Evaluation of Balance Performance and its Determining Factors throughout the Training Periods of Macrocycle in Young Football Players

Project Details

Description

The objective of our study is to evaluate changes in static and dynamic balance performance and the factors influencing balance (peak isometric torques of shin muscles, leg muscle explosive power, active and passive range of movements (ROM) in talocrural and subtalar joints, and kinaesthetic sense acuity of feet) in different training periods of macrocycle in male young football players and, based to obtained data, to elaborate the recommendations for balance performance improvement for sports coaches and physiotherapists.
