Project Details

Description

The main idea of the project is to continue the development of the project Nordic-Baltic Physical Activity Bridges (2014-2017) and strengthen the network of educational and non- educational institutions, which are responsible for physical activity enhancement at different levels of human life – span as well as promoting human health without medicine. The most important emphasis should be placed on primary and secondary schoolchildren‘s physical activity to have a strong and healthy future generation. We are facing with a lot of challenges in everyday life – IT technologies, urban growth, prevailing sedentary life and physical inactivity, a new approach to refugees for enhancement of their physical activity forces educators to look at this problem from many points and one of it is indoor and outdoor environment as well as cultural habits to use it.
