Description
The study, co-financed by NATO, approaches this issue with a review of the theoretical assumptions on willingness to defend/fight, the role of the societal resilience in NATO policy, as well as the Baltic situation in retrospective and perspective. Based on that, recommendations for the Baltic states and the Alliance are put forth.
