Recapitulation of transcriptomic and phenotypical characteristics of primary breast tumours in spheroid and organoid 3D cultures in vitro as a potential model for personalised medicine

The aim of this project is to validate capability of spheroid and organoid approaches to retain immunohistochemical markers, genomic features, transcription features and level of hierarchical differentiation of the originating primary breast adenocarcinoma.
