Social Innovation Responsive Environments NETwork

Bringing together actors from different societal sectors and supportive environments, social innovation ecosystems are useful in delivering eco-friendly and sustainable community-based services for smart, healthy, age-friendly environments. By combining the housing sector and ICT infrastructure, the EU-funded SIRENE project will create a workable framework for investment and the broad adoption of high-quality smart living solutions. Beyond previous initiatives to promote innovation and support stakeholders, SIRENE will propose an innovative approach, connecting stakeholders and having them work together towards a social innovation framework and supporting tools. One of the project’s goals is to ensure businesses have access to social innovation and entrepreneurial knowledge. It will also make sure entrepreneurs are aware of potential business opportunities.
