Description
Eksperimentālās izstrādes veikšana, kuras ietvaros veikta telomēru pagarināšana cilvēku šūnās, izmantojot ģenētisko modificēšanu. Izmantojamās metodes: cilvēka šūnu ģenētiskā modificēšana, izmantojot telomerāzes gēnu (cilvēka TERT gēns, pilna kodējošā sekvence 1. transkripta variantam, ar zaļā fluorescentā proteīna (GFP) iezīmi) saturošu vektoru.
