Within the framework of the HBM4EU project, the Rīga Stradiņš University DDVVI (Institute for Occupational Safety and Environmental Health) acts as a Latvian national hub and contact point, coordinating project activities between the European project managers and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Latvia, VIAA (State Education Development Agency) and other parties interested in the development of a biomonitoring system. RSU DDVVI is involved in compiling in the results of the existing biomonitoring research in Latvia and the dissemination of information to project coordinators.
