Layman's description

This study is particularly important because it provides an analysis of working environment conditions in Latvia across sectors and regions, and its results will serve as arguments in future negotiations with politicians and civil servants to improve regulatory acts that regulate not only labor protection and the legal sphere, but also affect the business environment in general. Therefore, it is all the more important that the study is based on a study conducted in 2006, which allows for an analysis of changes in the working environment in recent years, ensuring continuity.
