Abstract
Stage-based and operational monitoring of the functional state of experienced football players are key components of an effective training process. Stage-based monitoring is conducted periodically and involves a comprehensive assessment of physiological, biochemical, and psychophysiological indicators for the adjustment of training loads. Operational monitoring is carried out in real time and allows for the evaluation of fatigue levels, cardiovascular function, and the technical quality of exercise execution. The integration of these methods ensures timely adjustment of training loads, prevents overfatigue, and contributes to improved athletic performance.
