Abstract
Invention relates to microbiological evaluation of tissues. The method provides analyzing microorganisms in the crypts of the palatine tonsils and their ability to form biofilms. Detection of Klebsiella pneumoniae allows to predict high risk of peritonsillar abscess formation.
